Learn how to body is 'reflected' in the feet and hands and how to apply Reflex pressure and massage techniques to the feet and hands to both relax body-mind-spirit while balancing the body.
Reflexology a microsystem massage technique performed on the feet and hands to balance the body overall. In this introductory course, you will discover the microsystem of foot reflexology while learning to perform a relaxing, healing and balancing foot reflexology protocol. You will also learn how Reflexology and Acupuncture points are interrelated and how to integrate acupressure into a Reflexology treatment.

Anna Lunaria is licensed acupuncturist, licensed massage therapist, yoga therapist and hypnotherapist. Anna Lunaria maintains a private practice specializes in Orthopedic & Sports Medicine Acupuncture & East-West Bodywork in Tempe, AZ.
Anna also holds degrees from Simon's Rock of Bard College (AA) & Hampshire College (BA) as well as the New Mexico Academy of Healing Arts in Santa Fe (650 hour Medical Massage training). Anna attained her Master's degree in Acupuncture at Phoenix Institute of Herbal Medicine & Acupuncture; she has also completed a 74 hours post-graduate advanced training in Neurological & Orthopedic & Sports Medicine Acupuncture and 28 hours of advanced training in ElectroAcupuncture.
Anna is originally from Mexico City and has lived throughout the United States, including Texas, Virginia, Kentucky, Kansas and Massachusetts. She lived in Lawrence, Kansas before moving to Arizona where she founded the Lunaria Holistic Health Center (1998-2001) and the Lunaria Bodywork Institute (1999-2001).
Anna's 31 years of yoga experience began when she was 16! She also has over 25 years of experience spiritually mentoring others through the intuitive arts, including tarot, astrology and dream work. After graduating from college in 1992, Anna attended one of America's top massage schools, the New Mexico Academy of Healing Arts, in Santa Fe, where she completed a 650 hour training and specialized in Medical Massage, Prenatal Massage, and Yoga in 1994. Anna has also completed specialized training in Yoga Therapy and Hypnotherapy. She's continued to deepen and broaden her experience and understanding of the human body and healing by being an anatomy and massage instructor for the past 24 years (@ Lunaria Bodywork Institute, SWIHA, Lunaria Wellness Institute & other schools).
